**What is the job about?**

Provide IT consultancy and support for global HR solutions in the Payroll and Time Management domain (Product Team). You will enable implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of payroll systems with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and outsourced payroll integrations.



**Your main responsibilities:**



+ Develop, implement, and maintain global HR solutions, primarily Payroll & Time, aligned with IT architecture principles

+ Provide expert consultancy and best practices for SAP ECP and payroll processes

+ Support payroll systems by managing incidents and change requests via ServiceNow and vendor platforms

+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and payroll roadmap
