Roles & Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Checking: End-to-end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly, and/or Monthly).
- Mailbox Management: Maintaining the mailbox efficiently.
- Data Accuracy: Thorough and vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistakes.
- Error-Free Processing: Zero tolerance for errors in saving timesheets and maintaining necessary Excel files.
- Special Instructions: Notifying the payroll team of special instructions.
