  • Handle wake-up call requests with care, confirming times to help guests start their day right.
  • Dispatch security, guest services, and maintenance teams efficiently using radios and paging systems to address guest needs and emergencies.
  • Respond to basic guest inquiries like time, extension numbers, and outlet hours—and stay calm when answering emergency lines.
