Some of the key responsibilities include:
The provision of technical support, guidance, and best practice standards
Provide a technical referral point for team members and manage performance
Keep the Claims Global and Regional and Local Heads advised of key A losses developments and wider trends.
Periodic claims audit / review
Provide technical training to Claims adjusters within the Claims Unit
Drive a high-performance team to deliver high standard of customer service while continually seeking new ways to deliver innovative claim service
Effective resolution of complexity level claims handled
Accurate and consistent reserving and financial control of claims
Mitigation of indemnity and expense spend
Performance manages the team to maximize best practice compliance and minimize lost economic opportunity
Managing compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements
