The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and SnowSQL
Role involves requirement gathering, user story creation, data analysis, data validation, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure high-quality data delivery within an Agile product environment.
Working closely with business users, understanding of data pipelines, partnering with developers to optimize data flow, requirement elicitation/documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, exposure to large-scale data environments, ability to independently troubleshoot data issues.
