Job Description

As an Employee Relations Advisor you will work in conjunction with the Employee Relations Manager in order to maintain and improve colleague relations. You will follow the priorities set by the ER Manager as well as the P&C Executive, giving support on metrics, training and HR analytics.

Description

  • Provide legal employment advice in coordination with the ER Manager to HR, Payroll, H&S, and Store Managers, ensuring compliance with laws and collective agreements.
  • Develop, update, and implement corporate and colleague administration policies.
  • Support collective bargaining processes, the Gender Equality Plan, and relations with works councils and unions.
  • Coordinate union elections, track union hours, and manage related documentation and communications.
  • Prepare and follow up on court cases, labor inspections, and liaise with external lawyers.
