Support HR functions across multiple business units in a hybrid role at Atturra, a fast-growing ASX-listed advisory and IT solutions company.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work closely with P&C Managers, P&C Officer, Chief People Officer, and the finance team.
  • Support all employment lifecycle steps, including hiring, contract management, onboarding, employee support, culture-building, performance management, and off-boarding.
  • Assist with developing and embedding HR policies and procedures, such as feedback/review and salary review processes.
  • Administer engagement and reward/recognition systems.
  • Stay updated on OHS, IR, and Employee Relations legislation to ensure compliance and provide updates.
  • Contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
  • Produce reports and presentations.
  • Perform administrative duties.
