Role Overview:

  • Advanced troubleshooting and investigations through code
  • Fixing of production defects
  • Providing and maintaining automated solutions for recurring issues
  • Identify and address root cause of recurring issues
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and automated tests
  • Collaboration with application development teams
  • Finding opportunities for automating
  • Supporting audit and regulatory investigations
  • Remediation of Security alongside L2 support and the application development team
