Role Overview : 

We are looking for experienced professionals in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our growing team in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end insurance processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

> Process and validate transactions for Property & Casualty Insurance in line with client SLAs.

> Review, analyze, and resolve complex insurance cases/policies.

> Provide domain expertise and act as an escalation point for critical issues.

> Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

> Support new transitions, training, and knowledge sharing across the team.

> Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements :

> 2–6 years of experience in P&C Insurance processes.

> For SPE: Hands-on experience in P&C operations with strong process knowledge.

> Excellent communication and analytical skills.
> Flexibility to work in US shifts
