Overview
The On-Site PC Support Engineer provides walk-in and on-site technical support at IT BAR locations, ensuring fast resolution of PC incidents and service requests.
Responsibilities
- Handle incident and service request tickets via ServiceNow
- Perform PC delivery, staging, deployment, monitoring, and returns
- Install, modify, repair, and replace computer hardware and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Support roll-out of new applications and IT projects
Locations Supported
- IT BAR support for TGT Cebu, GTIT Cebu, and Davao
Documentation & SLA
- Ensure accurate ticket documentation and asset updates
- Adhere to defined SLAs for walk-in and remote support
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of desktop / on-site IT support
- Strong hardware, OS, and troubleshooting skills...
