Overview

The On-Site PC Support Engineer provides walk-in and on-site technical support at IT BAR locations, ensuring fast resolution of PC incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incident and service request tickets via ServiceNow
  • Perform PC delivery, staging, deployment, monitoring, and returns
  • Install, modify, repair, and replace computer hardware and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Support roll-out of new applications and IT projects

Locations Supported

  • IT BAR support for TGT Cebu, GTIT Cebu, and Davao

Documentation & SLA

  • Ensure accurate ticket documentation and asset updates
  • Adhere to defined SLAs for walk-in and remote support

Required Skills & Experience

  • 24 years of desktop / on-site IT support
  • Strong hardware, OS, and troubleshooting skills...
