Job Description

We are seeking a P Support Tech to provide comprehensive IT support across Department of Defense or Government Agency Enterprise NIPR and SIPR Networks.

The PC Support Tech will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as ensuring users are proficient with basic system operations. This position requires hands-on experience with a variety of IT support tasks and the ability to manage and transport equipment as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Requirements:

  • Five years of IT support and Helpdesk experience supporting users on a Department of Defense or Government Agency Enterprise NIPR and SIPR Network-Experience in backup, recover and data restoration from workstations for customers during upgrades or when problem with the system is diagnosed
