We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PC Support Technician to support the annual laptop and desktop refresh initiative. This position is highly end user-facing and requires excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
  • Provide on-site technical support to internal end users
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, device assignments, and service activities
  • Collaborate with IT team members to quickly resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines
  • Follow all IT and hospital policies, procedures, and security standards
