Purpose of the role:
- The primary purpose of the Financial Analyst is to support the finance team by conducting detailed financial analyses that drive informed decision-making.

Job Description:

- Spread and review Rent Rolls.
- Prepare Preliminary Loan sizings
- Review third Party reports like Appraisals, Environment and Engineering Repots.
- Abstract agreements including Lease, management and franchise agreements.
