Position: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: North Adams, MA
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available
Pay: $20/hour
Start Date: Immediate
Assignment Length: 13 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension

This is your chance to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting — helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their personal growth

+ Assisting with daily living activities and personal care

+ Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment

+ Helping implement individualized learning and behavior plans

+ Documenting progress and celebrating milestones

What You’ll Need:

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ High School Diploma/GED or 1+ year of related experience

+ Reliable transportation

+ A passion for helping others and a calm, patient approach
