Position Overview

The PCB Masking Technician is responsible for applying protective masking materials to printed circuit boards prior to coating, painting, or other production processes. This role requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to follow precise work instructions to ensure product quality and compliance with production standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Apply masking materials (tape, caps, plugs, or other protective materials) to printed circuit boards according to work instructions


  • Remove masking materials after processing when required


  • Inspect masked circuit boards to ensure accuracy, coverage, and quality standards are met


  • Read and follow written and verbal instructions, diagrams, and work orders


  • Handle small parts and delicate components with care
