Customer Engagement & Business Development

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of OEM and industrial accounts across the US.
  • Identify new opportunities for PCB and electrical component solutions within existing and prospective customers.
  • Lead technical sales discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into product specifications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to develop proposals, quotations, and custom solutions.
  • Review and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical drawings to advise on feasibility and design options.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the full sales cycle-from design-in to production ramp-up.
