Job Description
Monitor all pre- and post-contract activities from the QS and scheduling team, including tender activities, contract negotiation, cost reports, cashflow, tender recommendation reports and baseline schedule generation amongst others.In conjunction with QS team and Scheduler, issue and maintain a standardized monthly project control report.Coordinate change control activities including liaison with GC, Cost team, Scheduler, Contracts team and Client.Monitor that end to end change is managed, logged and reviewed for cost and schedule impact....
