Job Description
**Objective**
Support for monitoring activities of critical products, filling in reports, attention to customer portals, response to tickets, etc.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Dunnage follow-up with customer.
- Filling of reports for internal meetings.Casting shipments compliance follow-up.
- Ticket response in customer portal.
- Support to information control department for reports/daily balances.
- Support for monitoring activities of critical products, filling in reports, attention to customer portals, response to tickets, etc
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineer
- Advanced English
