Job Description

The Project Control Office is responsible for maintaining and promoting project management standards, tools, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and lean. The PCO will follow up the project during initiation, planning, execution and closure.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Guide project engineers and other functions reporting to the Projects department to promote Project Methodologies and standards.
Provide support on local PMO governance for the Projects team. (Sponsor’s meeting / weekly reporting structure)
Support the financial analyst to ensure projects CAPEX and OPEX accuracy
Verify the proper toolkit usage according to the project and business needs.
Bring Projects Team and GMO Group to a world class level in project management.
Ensure communication with project leaders and project managers
Maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
