Position Summary

In your role as a PCS Equipment Engineering Team Representative you'll be the front-line leader that bridges high‑level strategic goals with day‑to‑day operations. You will manage a PCS equipment engineering team overseeing industrial chiller and abatement systems.

You'll also drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, own equipment reliability KPIs, and serve as the primary technical liaison between PCS and executive leadership.
