The IPTSE D&R Engineering Trainee is a developmental role designed to provide foundational knowledge in the design, development, and validation of ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) Propulsion parts. Under the mentorship of senior D&R Engineers, the Trainee will assist in the release process for assigned programs, ensuring parts meet quality, cost, and weight targets. The Trainee will learn to navigate Corporate and Local requirements, including Worldwide Customers Requirements (WCR) and Engineering Specifications (ES), while gaining hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing and assembly environment.

Process Learning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Global Product Development System (GPDS) and technical design rules for IPTSE systems.
Documentation Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of Robustness Engineering Disciplines, including Quality History, P-Diagrams, and FMEA.
