PDC Operations Manager

The New York PDC Operations Manager is responsible for Second Shift warehouse operational activities, hourly represented and salaried personnel, fixed assets, financial audit control, parts inventory, and customer satisfaction to nearly 335 Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT and Stellantis US dealerships that receive daily deliveries. The PDC Second Shift consists of two (2) salaried employees, and 35 UAW hourly represented personnel. This fast-paced role will champion team building and use exceptional leadership skills to achieve PDC metrics, utilizing the Stellantis Parts Distribution System (SPDS) methodology. The candidate needs to have a thorough knowledge of operational processes for warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and packaging.
