PE Deal Origination Associate

Role Description

We're looking for a PE Deal Origination Associate with a sharp mind, strong communication skills, and the drive to turn conversations into real deals.

This is a full-time, front-line role for someone exceptional at cold outreach, confident presenting to executives, and energized by building pipeline from scratch. You'll be on the front lines of growth—initiating conversations, building relationships with business owners, and helping convert opportunities into closed transactions across Caprae's platform and portfolio.

This is not a passive sales or research role. You'll learn how private equity actually works by doing it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold outreach (up to ~20 hours per week)
• Book meetings with founders, CEOs, and business owners across industries
