Senior Electrical Engineer in Tucson, Arizona
Reports To: Director of EngineeringSeeking an experienced Professional Engineer. He/she will have a minimum of 10+ years of positions with increasing responsibility. We require:-Expertise in industrial plant power, controls, and automation systems.-Technical excellence and in-depth understanding of good engineering practices.-Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to coordinate work with staff, clients, and contractors.-Strong organizational skills to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively.-Strong attention to detail and need for high level of accuracy.-Excellent people management and motivational skills. Must coach, mentor, and train staff; perform staff evaluations and provide recommendations semi-yearly.-Full commitment to maintaining the company's professional image and reputation with accurate and error-free work.-Require travel within the US and occasionally overseas to clients and facilities.
