University town in the San Joaquin Valley with population of ~550k and a metro of 800k
5 miles to Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT)
1 hour to Yosemite National Park
75 miles to Sequoia National Park
170 miles to Sacramento
220 miles to Los Angeles

Join a Community Health Center with 95+ Providers (25+ Physicians and 75 APP’s) in 15 locations as they grow Multispecialty clinics with Primary Care and Specialties under one roof.


Collaborate with other Physicians, APP’s, healthcare professionals to form a high performing team.


Group has also acquired 3 established practices – 2 Family Medicine and 1 Pediatric group with another to be added in January.

  • MGMA base salary 300k plus quality – 20k plus APP Supervision 2k / APP optional
