This Merrillville office is 100% pediatric population, hours are 8-5 p.m. M-F and 8-2 on Friday. Retention bonus of $7.5k every 6 months. Payment structure is a daily rate for the term of employment with my client, and then a percentage of adjusted production which can be up to 35%
