Pediatric Neuroradiologist – Phoenix Children’s

Phoenix Children's is currently recruiting for a full-time pediatric neuroradiologist with on-site responsibilities in Phoenix, Arizona.

Our Team:

Phoenix Childrenâ€s Department of Radiology consists of 30 full-time radiologists designated into Body (13 radiologists), Neuro (7), IR (6) and Emergency (3) sections. Overnight image interpretation and consultations are covered by the Emergency Radiology section. All radiologists have full home PACS workstations. A hybrid work schedule is promoted to allow for flexible onsite and remote shifts.

Subspecialty Practice:

The Pediatric Neuroradiology section is a diverse group of collegial pediatric neuroradiologists with subspecialty expertise in head and neck, brain tumor, fetal, and neurovascular radiology as well as AI applications in imaging. For this current position, subspecialized training and expertise is preferred, although recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

All interventional procedures and body imaging studies are handled by the separate interventional and body radiology sections.

Research and Education:

Phoenix Childrenâ€s Radiology faculty hold appointments to the University of Arizona College of Medicine (Phoenix), Mayo Clinic (Scottsdale), Creighton University School of Medicine (Phoenix) and the Barrow Neurological Institute. An active program of teaching and research includes 3 ACGME-accredited Pediatric Radiology fellow positions, 2 additional non-accredited fellow positions (Neuro and IR) as well as fellows, residents, and medical students from affiliated Radiology programs. PCH maintains a Master Research Agreement with Philips Health Tech, which supports an active program of clinical translational research of early-stage development hardware and software applications in imaging and image-guided therapy. A full-time Imaging Scientist PhD and dedicated research coordinator are available to support and facilitate Radiology research.

Phoenix Valley Growth and Expansion:

In preparation for the growth of imaging services, the Radiology department is recruiting several additional pediatric radiologists.
