About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our in-clinic team in Bengaluru.

You’ll play a key role in early intervention and sensory integration therapies. This role involves working directly with children to assess developmental needs, create tailored therapy plans, and guide parents throughout the care process.

Responsibilities

Conduct sensory integration and early intervention therapies

Design and implement individualized treatment plans

Assess developmental delays and recommend behavioral therapies

Collaborate with pediatricians, speech therapists, and mental health professionals

Educate and support parents in the therapy process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

Licensed/Certified Occupational Therapist

3+ years’ experience in pediatrics or clinical settings (preferred)

Strong interpersonal skills and child-centered care approach

Proficiency in sensory integration and developmental delay management
