Exciting Opportunity in the Atlanta (Perimeter area), GA: Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP, CF's welcomed!

PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in the Atlanta, GA area. Salary range is $77,000-$87,000 based on experience.

Qualifications: 
  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or equivalent
  • GA SLP license 
  • Previous pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcomed.
Position Details:
  • Schedule: Full time and part time opportunities available, as well as 1099 per visit ($70/hour)
  • Hours:   open M-F, full time hours are considered 30+ per week.
  • Setting: outpatient pediatric clinic.
  • In-person only.
  • Daily documentation time twice daily, most tx sessions are 30 min, some feeding sessions are 60m

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
  • Supervise CF clinicians when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.

  • Clinic offers a monthly stipend for insurance of $375 for your medical premium and $75 for reimbursables
  • Monthly bonus program available based on a 78% monthly show rate; you'll add extra PTO or cash in the bank, resets monthly
  • PTO includes 8 company holidays(if it's a scheduled work day) and 13 personal days
