Job Description

A K-12 school in Castle Rock, CO, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support to students across various grades. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), offering an excellent opportunity to engage with a dynamic educational environment while making a meaningful impact on students' communication development.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services in-person or via teletherapy, and collaborating closely with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress. Experience working with pediatric populations in both healthcare and school settings is highly valued.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Certification and licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLP roles
  • Experience delivering services in schools, healthcare, or teletherapy environments
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language development and disorders
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively while maintaining compliance with educational and healthcare guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
