Proven expertise in pediatric diagnosis, growth monitoring, and developmental assessment. Hands-on experience in managing pediatric emergencies and critical care (NICU/PICU exposure preferred). In-depth knowledge of national immunization programs and vaccination protocols. Strong clinical decision-making skills with a patient-first approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in explaining medical information to parents and caregivers.
