Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pediatrics through continuous professional development. Requirements MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DM in Pediatrics) or equivalent. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council. Demonstrated knowledge of pediatric diagnosis, treatment protocols, and emergency management. Hands-on experience in child health assessment, immunization programs, and growth monitoring. Familiarity with NICU/PICU protocols and procedures for neonatal and pediatric critical care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and parents. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems. Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
