Overview

Miracle Babies Foundation is seeking a parent with lived experience of having a baby who required specialised care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN) following birth.

Miracle Babies Foundation is Australia's leading organisation supporting premature and sick newborns, their families and the hospitals that care for them.

Every year in Australia around 48,000 newborn babies require the help of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN). 27,000 of these babies are premature and up to 1,000 babies lose their fight for life.

Role and Responsibilities

Delivering Miracle Babies Foundation’s Nurture Program services and parent information through the Foundation’s activities will improve engagement between Miracle Babies Foundation’s internal and external stakeholders increasing parent connection to services and support.
