Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pega Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and ensuring Pega applications meet healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for Pega applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS).
• Support UAT and provide process improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years as Business Analyst, 4+ years in Pega PRPC.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes (claims, enrollment, provider management).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Preferred: Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA), healthcare certifications.
