Job Title: Pega Business Architect / Product Owner
Location: Pune
Duration: Contract to Hire
We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Pega BPM . The role focuses on requirement ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of BPM solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive business requirements from initiation to closure
Gather, analyze, and document requirements; convert them into clear user stories
Manage and prioritize product backlog using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Support estimations, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure effective user experience design
Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions using tools like MIRO
Track delivery progress and communicate status to stakeholders
