KeyResponsibilities:

·Collaboratewith business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

·Documentfunctional and non-functional requirements for Pega applications.

·DesignPega application frameworks that align with business processes and objectives.

·Createdetailed business process models, use cases, and user stories.

·Definebusiness rules, workflows, and decision-making processes within Pega.

·Actas a liaison between business users and technical teams.

·Conductworkshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

·Provideregular status updates to stakeholders and management.

·Workclosely with Pega Developers to ensure that the designed solutions areimplemented correctly.

·Participatein the development and testing phases to ensure requirements are met.

·Validateand verify the implemented solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT).
