Key Responsibilities
As a Pega CDH Architect / Lead, you will:
- CDH Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a CDH Subject Matter Expert (SME) from a Pega Platform perspective, particularly within the banking and financial services domains.
- Hyper-Personalization Delivery: Lead the delivery of hyper-personalized solutions using Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time modes.
- Decisioning Logic Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust decisioning logic, including NBA strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows. Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.
