Required Qualifications:

  • Pega Decisioning work experience.
  • Proficiency in Pega tools, including Decisioning, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of decisioning concepts, rules, and strategies within the Pega platform.
  • Ability to work on NBA Designer, real-time container management, and interaction history.
