Job Description

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) for banking and financial services domains.
  • Design and implement hyper-personalized solutions using NBA (Next-Best-Action) strategies across inbound/outbound, real-time, and batch channels.
  • Develop and configure decisioning logic, including ADM, DSM, Customer Profiler, and engagement policies.
  • Lead implementation of Pega CDH components like Value Finder, interaction history, decision data flows, and adaptive models.
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems, data lakes, REST APIs, Kafka, and FTP-based systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for configuring and optimizing Pega decisioning solutions.
