Role Description

Lead and support multiple digital transformation programmes running onsite and offshore. This is a multi-faceted LSA role and requires you to be aware of the various aspects of Pega solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Leading technical delivery of projects
  • Thought leadership on Pega technology, methodology and best practices
  • Designing complex, scalable, performant and secure systems
  • Liaising with customers and helping them achieve their business objectives
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and giving them advice and direction when needed
  • Working with onsite and offshore teams and ensuring progress to plan
  • Ensuring the quality of the delivered solution
  • Addressing issues and situation management
