PEGA CLSA (Part 1 & Part 2 Certified)

We’re hiring an experienced Pega CLSA (Part 1 & Part 2 certified) to take end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, design, and technical leadership for complex enterprise implementations.
A key focus area for this position is owning solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute implementations.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities) Lead PEGA application architecture, design, and development across large programs.
Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and design principles .
Partner with business/product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions .
Own end-to-end solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute .
Mentor and guide Senior Developers, LSAs, and Developers; elevate delivery quality via strong technical governance.
Perform design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning , and troubleshooting.
Drive integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, JMS, DB, etc.).
