Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Pega CLSA (Part 1 & Part 2 certified) to take end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, design, and technical leadership for complex enterprise implementations.


A key focus area for this position is owning solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute implementations.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
  • Lead PEGA application architecture, design, and development across large programs.
  • Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and design principles .
  • Partner with business/product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions .
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute .
  • Mentor and guide Senior Developers, LSAs, and Developers; elevate delivery quality via strong technical governance.
