Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Pega CLSA (Part 1 & Part 2 certified) to take end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, design, and technical leadership for complex enterprise implementations.
A key focus area for this position is owning solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute implementations.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Lead PEGA application architecture, design, and development across large programs.
- Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and design principles.
- Partner with business/product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute.
- Mentor and guide Senior Developers, LSAs, and Developers; elevate delivery quality via strong technical governance.
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
