We are seeking a skilled Pega Constellation Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing Pega applications and will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega Constellation framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of Pega applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Pega development.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Pega development with a strong understanding of Pega Constellation.
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega BPM.
• Hands-on experience with Pega frameworks, including Customer Service, Marketing, and Digital.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
