Job Description

• Relevant experience in Pega CDH mentioned above
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CPDC/CDH certified.
• Experience in NBA Designer, NBAD framework.
• Experienced in adaptive/predictive model, decision strategy, NBA, propensity models, decision tables, personalized customer experience (adaptive model) etc.
• Experienced in Inbound/Outbound, adaptive/predictive model, request/response messages etc
• Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities, mainly Pega CDH, business process management (BPM), and Experience with integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, connectors)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
