Job Description

Functional Skills:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Functional development
  • Experience in Banking Domain/Investment Banking
  • Should have extensive hands-on experience in Case Management, Data Management, Integration, Agents / Queue Processor & Job Scheduler, Flows, Functions, UI rules, Security, Performance Optimization and Debugging Tools.
  • Experience in defect management.
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies(working in Scrums)
  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with different Scrum teams during in sprint/Release activity
  • Exposure to Jira/Rally/Confluence and Jenkins
  • Experience in OOTB features and Integrations(REST, SOAP)
  • Java experience is an added value.

    • Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Pega Development
  • Design, develop and enhance Pega applications using Pega PRPC(8.x)
  • Implement case management, workflows, UI rules, decision rules and data model.
  • Good debugging skills.
  • Integrate Pega with external system using REST,SOAP.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practice
