Pega Developer Responsibilities: Collaborate in a multi-vendor Agile environment with IRS personnel. Modernize and streamline IRS business processes and case management. Design, construct, and test Pega applications. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency. Facilitate design sessions and use a data-led approach for assessments. Engage stakeholders to identify impacts and dependencies. Develop prototypes and create process flows for current and future states. Required Skills and Experience Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher. Experience: 6+ years in Pega development; Agile proficiency; case management expertise.
