Role Overview

We are seeking a Pega Lead Decision Architect (LDA) with deep expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale, AI-driven customer decisioning solutions. The role requires hands-on decision architecture skills along with technical leadership, solution governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Pega CDH / Decisioning solutions
• Define and govern Next-Best-Action (NBA) frameworks across channels
• Design enterprise decision architectures, including arbitration, prioritization, and eligibility rules
• Oversee Adaptive Models, Predictive Models, and AI strategies
