Job Description
Purpose:
The role of a Pega Lead System Architect will have a strong focus placed on analysis and engineering aspects of the Pega Platform. Prepare solution designs that will deliver to a diverse range of business areas within the bank. Lead and assist team through end to end project delivery lifecycle i.e requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance.
Capable of technically leading multiple squads in delivery of customer focused, integrated solutions.
Component based; reusable architecture should be core of the solutions they provide.
Own the governance of the application build and ensuring delivery and Pega guardrails are adhered to.
They will provide critical thinking and a high degree of technical innovation and attention to detail while being recognized as a trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders.
