**Description**
The Health Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a PEGA Lead Systems Architect (LSA). The customer is primarily located in the Washington DC area, but the position is telework. It’s an exciting opposition to help shape the future technology roadmap for a large government agency.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ The LSA will lead the architecture and design of complex PEGA implementations and guide less experienced PEGA resources to ensure success.
+ You will lead collaborative efforts to produce quality systems that meet and surpass customer expectations.
+ Establish PEGA best practices, guardrails, coding standards, and reusable frameworks.
+ Oversee system integration design that includes legacy systems, microservices and API.
+ Lead design reviews, performance tuning, and technical optimization.
+ Mentor and guide PEGA developers and architects.
